 I use the Wii fit to Get in to shape by using the going to the &#8220;free run&#8221; and setting it for 30 minutes then I get on the treadmill and start it simultaneously with the wii. Then I can either watch television or watch the Wii guy jog.

<p>What Ive noticed is that the calories burned are very close but the Wii guy jogs too fast. While the treadmill says Ive jogged about 2.5 miles the Wii guy did 7</p>
